Charge:

- Organization and control of transportation of goods by road throughout the territory of the Russian Federation attracted and own transport;
- Development of partner base, search and attraction of new cargo carriers;
- Reception and processing of orders received from customers, sales Department.
- Search and order of necessary transport, calculation of rates, formation of commercial offers to customers of services;
- Preparation, coordination and conclusion of contracts with new contractors for the provision of logistics services in the field of transportation;
- Provision of service. Monitoring of the quality of services provided by the involved and own transport;
- Operational interaction with customers of services, carriers (coordination of date and time of delivery, claim work), control of transport on the route, minimizing costs, solving problems.
- Analysis and construction of optimal routes of cargo delivery;
- Document flow (applications, control of receipt of documents on transportation, contracts, additional agreements, invoices).
- Optimization of the Department.
